This Colombian economic group has a presence in more than 33 countries and for more than 10 years, has excelled as a leader in the manufacturing industry, demonstrating an important growth in the market.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Results:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reliability in inventories went from 85% to 5%<\/li>\n<li>Improvements in the control and traceability of cyclical inventories<\/li>\n<li>Increase in productivity by 30%<\/li>\n<li>Improvements in FIFO processes<\/li>\n<li>Decrease of 80% of the returns and claims indicator.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Testimony:<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>One of the challenges we faced in the implementation of a new technological solution was to increase productivity.
